Does it open the door to anyone?
It opens to whoever rings your flat specifically, after a 5-second pause; they may think someone has let them in, because access with keeppe feels natural and discreet. And it only gives access to the shared areas, just like the postman or delivery drivers get in: your flat stays locked.

Does it work for managing many apartments?

It needs no integration. Keeppe handles physical access to the building independently, so it works with any operation or PMS you already use, with no extra connections or configuration.
Does each flat need its own wifi or electricity?
No. Keeppe doesn't depend on the home's internet or electricity supply: it runs on the building's general supply. Even if the wifi fails or the apartment's power goes out, the guest can still get in.
Does it require maintenance per unit?
No. It uses no batteries of any kind, requires no subscription and needs no maintenance. There's nothing to check or replace flat by flat.
I already have an access device installed, why switch to Keeppe?

Do I need the residents' association's permission in each building?

Which intercoms is it compatible with?
It's compatible with all analogue intercoms and all digital ones.
