Returns and refund policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. That is why we offer a returns policy adapted to the type of product purchased.
Returns for single-unit purchases
If you have purchased a single unit, you have 30 calendar days from receipt of your order to request a return. For the return to be accepted, the product must:
- Be in its original packaging.
- Show no signs of misuse or damage.
- Include all its components.
- Be accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase.
Packs of 10 and 25 units
Packs of 10 and 25 units are not eligible for voluntary returns under the 30-day satisfaction policy. These formats are intended for customers who already know the product; we recommend making an individual purchase first before buying several units.
Right of withdrawal (European Union)
In accordance with European regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days, without needing to give a reason. This right applies to all orders, including packs. To exercise it, the product must be unused, in its original packaging and with all its components and documentation.
Return process
To start a return, you must contact us at info@keeppe.com. Once approved, we will tell you how to proceed with the shipment. Returns will not be accepted without a prior request.
Return costs
- For returns within the 30-day period (single unit), the costs will be borne by Keeppe.
- In the case of the right of withdrawal (14 days), the return costs will be borne by the customer.
- In the event of a defective product or a shipping error, the costs will be borne by Keeppe.
Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve it.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected the return. If approved, the refund will be made to the original payment method within a maximum of 10 working days. If more than 15 working days have passed since approval, please contact us.
Warranty
After the 30-day period, any issue will be covered by the 3-year legal warranty, in accordance with current regulations.
