Returns and refund policy

First order: 30-day trial period
On your first order you have 30 calendar days from receipt to try Keeppe. If you are not convinced, you can return it even if you have already installed and used it. This trial period applies only once per customer, on their first order.
For us to accept the return, the device must:
- Be returned complete, with all its components (for example, the attenuator and, on Keeppe Office, the switch).
- Show no damage from knocks, tampering or misuse.
You do not need to keep the original packaging. Please send it well protected.
We will refund the full amount you paid.
Return shipping costs within these 30 days are paid by Keeppe.
Before sending it, remove the device from the intercom; the intercom is left as it was before the installation. If a keeppe Installer/Distributor installed it for you, you can ask us to have them remove it, at no cost to you.
Later orders: 14-day right of withdrawal
On orders after the first one, it is understood that you already know the product, so the legal right of withdrawal applies: 14 calendar days from receipt, without needing to give a reason.
The product must be returned unused, in its box and with the seal intact (the box has a single-use seal). If the seal is broken or the product has been installed, we may deduct the product's loss of value from the refund.
Return shipping costs for these returns are paid by the customer.
How to request a return
- Write to us at info@keeppe.com with your order number.
- We will reply with instructions for sending the product.
- Returns sent without a prior request are not accepted.
Refunds
We will let you know once we have received and checked the product. The refund is made to the same payment method you used, within a maximum of 10 working days. If more than 15 working days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received it, please contact us.
Damaged or incorrect products
Please check your order on receipt. If the product arrives damaged, is incorrect or does not work, contact us as soon as possible: Keeppe covers the costs.
Guarantee
Any device fault is covered by the 3-year legal guarantee from delivery. If a keeppe Installer/Distributor installed it for you, they guarantee their installation for 3 months.
Amazon purchases
Purchases made on Amazon are subject to Amazon's returns policy. The 3-year guarantee is provided by Keeppe as the manufacturer.
