Shipping policy
Once payment has been confirmed, orders are processed within a maximum of 24 working hours.
Shipments are made through Correos Express, with an estimated delivery time of 24 to 48 working hours from collection of the parcel. These times apply under normal conditions and for deliveries within mainland Spain.
Important considerations
- Orders placed outside working hours, at weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- The delivery time starts once the order has been collected by the courier company.
- During periods of high demand or due to external causes (logistics, weather, etc.), delivery times may be slightly affected.
- For shipments to the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, please contact us at info@keeppe.com to confirm availability, delivery times and any costs or customs procedures.
