What is Keeppe?

It is an opening device to access the building's entrance without keys.

Guests will be provided with the simplest check-in instructions.

You won't need to hand over the keys in person or place a key box in a public place.

Do I need permission from the community?

No, Keeppe is installed on the apartment's private intercom, without manipulating the communal elements. It does not interfere with the normal use of your own intercom or that of your neighbours.

What if the power or internet goes out?

Keeppe does not depend on the internet or the electricity supply of the home. As long as there is electricity in the building's entrance, Keeppe can open it.

Do I need to be on call when guests arrive?

No, even if guests arrive at 3am they will be able to enter easily and without assistance, they just need to follow the instructions provided.

Is the installation annoying?

It can be installed in a few minutes and is ready to use immediately.

Once installed, it is invisible, as it is located inside the apartment intercom. You will not see any cables, holes or plugs.

Is there any maintenance or subscription fee?

No, Keeppe does not use batteries, there are no hidden fees or subscriptions.

It will just always work.

How will guests enter the building?

Easy, by calling the intercom.

The Keeppe device distinguishes the way they call.

At the time of installation you can choose between two opening modes:

• Mode A:

Opens immediately by calling the intercom in the usual way.

• Mode B:

Depending on the building:

• • Building with video intercom:

Dialing the call twice in less than 10 seconds.

• • Building with traditional intercom:

Pressing and holding the call button for 3 seconds straight.

Mode B is more recommended for vacation rentals as it is more discreet.

Is it compatible with my intercom?

Keeppe is compatible with most buildings in Europe.

Compatibility depends on the building, there are two types:

Buildings without video intercom, the traditional ones:

Compatible with all of them.

Buildings with video intercom:

Compatible with all Fermax brands, and others will be added later. You can write us an email indicating yours so that we can give you more information.

*It may be the case that the intercom in the home does not have a screen but the building does have a video intercom system, in any case, What determines compatibility is the building.
